What is the difference between maintenance and new development?
Maintenance covers bug fixes, security patches, and keeping things running. New development means building features or pages from scratch. After launch you can request changes on demand or buy a prepaid hour pack, and bigger work gets quoted as a separate project.
What's included in each tier?
Each tier matches a different level of complexity. Essential is a single-page site, ideal for businesses that need something simple and fast. Professional covers multi-page sites (2 to 5 pages) and lets the client update content without depending on us, a natural fit for businesses with more to share. Platform is a custom web application with user accounts, databases, and integrations. Legal pages (privacy policy, terms, cookies) are included in every tier at no extra cost.
How long does a typical project take?
Essential takes about 1 week from kickoff to the first version, Professional 2–3 weeks, and Platform 4–8 weeks. The revision rounds come after, with per-round deadlines agreed upfront.
Can I add features after launch?
Yes. Many clients start with Essential and add features as the business grows, requesting changes at €40/hour or saving with a prepaid hour pack. Bigger additions get quoted separately.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Your site runs on its own after delivery. If you need something changed later, you can go pay-as-you-go at €40/hour or pick up a prepaid pack (3h or 6h) for priority response at a lower rate.
What if I use all my revision rounds?
We always tell you before any extra cost comes up. You can add changes at €40/hour (minimum 30 min), or buy a full extra round: €75 for Essential, €150 for Professional, €250 for Platform. Nothing moves forward without your approval.
What counts as a revision round?
A revision round is one batch of feedback sent in one go, whether that’s three items or twenty. Collect your notes before sending, because feedback on different days counts as separate rounds and it pays to consolidate.
Who owns the website after delivery?
After delivery, everything belongs to you: the domain, the hosting, the code, the credentials. If you ever switch providers, you take it all with you without depending on us.
