Accessibility statement

We are committed to making seedcraftdigital.com usable by as many people as possible. The site is built to be accessible, but we have not commissioned a third-party audit and do not claim full compliance. Feedback on barriers you encounter is welcome.
What we follow
We aim for WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance — the international standard for web accessibility. The site has not yet been audited by a third party; we self-test with manual checks.
What we do
- Semantic HTML structure with landmarks (header, nav, main, footer)
- Skip-to-content link on every page
- Keyboard navigation works on all interactive elements
- Visible focus states on links, buttons, and form fields
- Color contrast meets AA threshold (4.5:1 normal text, 3:1 large text)
- All meaningful images have descriptive alt text
- Form labels are explicit (no placeholder-only labels)
- Reduced motion preference is respected via prefers-reduced-motion
- Core content readable without JavaScript; contact form uses progressive enhancement
Known limitations
- The site has not been independently audited by an accessibility specialist. We plan to commission an audit when the business reaches sustained revenue.
- The cookie consent banner requires JavaScript to function. Users with JavaScript disabled will see a static page with no analytics or marketing cookies set.
- Some interactive enhancements (smooth scroll, transitions) require JavaScript. Core content remains accessible without them.
